Marion Nestle is the author of three prize winning books on nutrition including Food Politics: How the Food Industry Influences Nutrition and Health (2002), Safe Food: Bacteria, Biotechnology, and Bioterrorism (2003), and What to Eat (2006). She is the Paulette Goddard Professor of Nutrition, Food Studies, and Public Health at New York University. She holds appointments as Professor of Sociology at NYU and Visiting Professor of Nutritional Sciences at Cornell University. Call 474-7021 for more information.
