Toastmasters Speech Contest

The public is invited to the Humorous Speech & Evaluation Contest competition for Toastmasters from the Area One clubs: Denali Stars of Gold, Fairbanks North Star Borough, Goldenheart, Sweet?s Pride, and Tundra Talkers. Why Attend? Your presence acts as support for those competitors from your club and others. You are going to get a chance to rub elbows with other club members. The competitions spotlight the finalists from all Toastmaster Clubs in Area One. It is an opportunity to learn by observing. Bring a friend and let them know what Toastmasters is all about. Come and enjoy food, fun and dancing. Dinner is Served! The Westmark has great dining. You do not have to eat dinner to attend the contests. However, if you plan to eat dinner, please select your dinner choice (Grilled Herb Chicken Breast, or Vegetarian Lasagna) and prepay the $18.00 (which includes gratuity) by Wednesday, March 19, 2008. See your Club President or one of those listed below for advance dinner ticket sales. The dinner ticket will secure your meal and a chance at a door prize.
