The Nutcracker - presented by North Star Ballet

The North Star Ballet performs the annual production of Tchaikovsky?s The Nutcracker on December 4, 5 and 6 at Hering Auditorium. A special ?Land of the Sweets? will follow the matinee performance on Saturday, December 5. This is an opportunity for children with their parent(s) to meet various dancers of the Nutcracker in costume, get autographs, take pictures and receive special treat. Passports to ?Land of the Sweets? can be purchased only at the ticket booth day of Saturday show. A Silent Auction and the Nutcracker Boutique are outstanding features in the lobby at all performances. Audience members can bid on a wide variety of valuable items including artwork, antiques, jewelry, personal services, gift certificates, and overnight stays. The Boutique offers a unique collection of handmade and novelty items for sale. All proceeds go to support the North Star Ballet. Performances are Friday, December 4 at 8:00 pm, Saturday, December 5 at 2:00 and 8:00 pm and Sunday, December 6 at 2:00 pm. Tickets may be purchased at Enchanted Forest Toys, Safeway at Bentley Mall and the North Star Ballet or at the door beginning one half hour before curtain time. Credit card purchases accepted only at the North Star Ballet or online at ww.thenorthstarballet.org. (Reserved seating only at NSB or online).General Admission tickets are $10 for children and $25 for adults. Reserved Seating tickets are $30. There are discounts for senior citizens and active military.
