About Pat McGaughey:
Patrick H. McGaughey CPF, IOM is an international business consultant to Chambers of Commerce and Industry Associations. He has facilitated over 250 strategic and tactical business plans for these not-for-profit organizations as well as for-profit industries including airlines, newspapers and automobile dealerships. He is a certified professional facilitator (CPF) earning this distinction from the International Association of Facilitators in 2010 and recertified in 2014.
Patrick’s professional management background includes serving three chambers of commerce in the Pacific Northwest as president and CEO. His successes included the “turn-around” of these three organizations from near bankruptcy to financial success. His reputation earned him the opportunity to serve on the faculty for the United States Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management at five major universities where he has served as an instructor since 2000. Patrick resides in the resort community of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
