Every third weekend of the month it is free to drop off any of your old electronics for recycling. Interior Alaska Green Star operates the Electronics Recycling Depot serving Fairbanks and surrounding area businesses and the public. Almost anything that has a cord or takes batteries can be recycled. We cannot accept full-size kitchen or laundry appliances at this time. Check out our website for a complete list. http://www.iagreenstar.org/programs/electronics-recycling We are still looking for volunteers to help unload vehicles and sort batteries and recyclables. If you are interested please visit: https://doodle.com/pxi9d9byyv2suhwb to sign up. Lunch will be provided both days for volunteers. Come down to donate or volunteer and see what recycling in Fairbanks is all about!
