Fairbanks Food Truck Rally 2017

Fairbanks Youth Soccer Association is excited to hold our 2nd Fairbanks Food Truck Rally! In recent years, the quantity, quality and variety of mobile food vendors has increased significantly in the Fairbanks area. Many families in our community would love the opportunity to try as many of these cuisines as possible but the mobile nature of these vendors, spread all across town, make this a difficult task. Finding that 'best-thing-I-ever-ate' is always a fun adventure and our hope is to bring together as many vendors in one place, for one night, and invite all of Fairbanks to come see what they have to offer.

Last year's event was a learning experience for everyone involved and the lessons learned were invaluable. Having far more people show up than you ever expected is a great problem to have, so we're making some adjustments to the layout this year to increase parking space and other logistical improvements to make this an enjoyable experience for everyone involved. Vendors, we hope we can help you have a better expectation for the evening and can plan/prepare accordingly with supplies and staff. This year's rally will take place Friday, June 9th from 5pm-9pm at the FYSA soccer field complex on Wilbur Street. Make it a picnic for the whole family or stop by and try something new on your way to other evening plans. The complex will be open to the public and we encourage those who'd like to enjoy our beautiful green space to kick a ball around, fly a kite, toss a football, or just enjoy an evening among friends. In addition to the variety of food, FYSA is partnering with the Eclipse Soccer Club 06 Boys team to have some fun activities planned throughout the evening for youth.
