Nationally known speakers Jeff Unger, MD and Dan Nadeau, MD. Dr. Unger will connect the history of diabetes to the personal challenges that individuals with diabetes face today. He will also highlight the discovery of insulin which has saved millions of lives since 1922. Dan Nadeau, MD will then present information on Type 2 Diabetes medications. With television, internet and print media are filled with frequent warnings of potential risks of medications. A big challenge is to be able to filter that information. This talk will put things in perspective and help you target your long term goals more effectively.
