''Boom Town Boy'' author speaks at TVHS fund-raiser
Author Jack de Yonge will read from his newly released coming-of-age memoir, "Boom Town Boy," and talk about his childhood in Fairbanks during the 1940s war and a fund-raiser for the Tanana Valley Historical Society. Jack got his start working as a reporter for the Daily News-Miner in the 1950s.
