This four course dinner with paired wines, is the 3rd in a series of special dinners featuring Chefs who grew up in Fairbanks and who have gone on to success in the culinary world outside Alaska. Sabrina Tinsley, Owner/Chef of Osteria La Spiga in Seattle, is an award- winning chef who specializes in the Northern Italian cooking. This Iron Chef veteran (paired against Bobby Flay), will be using locally raised meat and produce to create a memorable dinner. K & L Distributors are partnering with Bread Line and with Bruce Abbott to pair wines of the region with the dinner. A vegetarian option is available. Attendees must be 21 y/o or accompanied by a parent or guardian. Seating is limited. All Proceeds benefit Stone Soup Cafe.
