DESCRIPTION:A collaboration between the Folk School and Calypso Farm and Ecology Center (4 month series)\n\nThis is a 20-week course focused on farm planning from a practical and holistic perspective.  Throughout the course\, students will develop a complete farm plan   including creating a mission statement\, identifying core values\, developing a farm budget (start up and operating)\, creating a crop plan\, developing a marketing plan\, exploring branding\, creating a logo and more!  Students will be welcome to work on a farm plan for a real farm site or can get just as much out of the course by working on a "pretend" farm.  All experience levels are welcome! Space is limited!
