Enjoy hors d'oeuvres and champagne at 5:30 followed by a 9-course dinner celebrating Alaskan flavors and wine pairing. There will be an auction with desserts made by the students as well as other auction items. Net proceeds support the Chef Frank Davis Jr. Memorial CTC Culinary Arts Scholarship. Requests for a refund or a change to ticket/table purchase must be made prior to the event. Such requests made after event will not be honored.
