DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the Summer Solstice with the Fairbanks Resource Agency's\n\nsecond annual Nourish Your Soul-stice event on Friday\, June 17th from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.\,\n\nfeaturing an art show by Alaskan artist Donna Lenard\, yoga and Pilates classes\, live\n\nmusic and mouth-watering appetizers and teas.\n\nLearn about health and wellness services offered in Fairbanks\, watch demonstrations\n\nfrom health experts and explore the art gallery as you learn about FRA and its services\n\nfor Interior Alaskans with developmental disabilities. Enjoy tasty snacks by Raw Alaska\,\n\nteas and smoothies\, listen to live harp music. Donations are appreciated for exercise\n\nclasses and refreshments. All proceeds benefit FRA.\n\nYoga and Pilates fitness classes will be held on the hour between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.\, and\n\nare specially intended for beginners and those wanting to "try it". Participants will be\n\nentered to win fabulous door prizes like massages\, health-related gift baskets and more!\n\nTo register for one of these free classes call 456-8901\, or sign up at the event.
