The other Alternative is "No-Action" or to not base the F-35s at Eielson at this time. If the outcome of the EIS is positive and Eielson is selected to base F-35s\, the first of 54 aircraft will show up at Eielson in the Spring of 2019. The impacts of the final basing will be about 3\,000 additional people in the FNSB\, about 385 new students to our schools and the sale or rental of more than 300 homes in our community. Between 2016 and 2020 the activity from construction of 35 project need basing the F-35 would inject an estimated $450 million into the FNSB economy.
