Current JPJCDC Board members cannot be considered for nomination. Awards Criteria:\n \n \n \n \n \n Candidate has demonstrated wisdom\, strength and dignity.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Candidate has excelled in her chosen field.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Candidate rises above ordinary standards and expectations.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Candidate has qualities of leadership\, integrity\, dedication\, and service.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Candidate is committed to improving the quality of life in our community through work or volunteer involvement.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Candidate has qualities that encourage other women to view her as a role model.\n \n \n \n \n\nPlease answer the questions on the reverse side of this page.
