At our in-person mental health support groups\, you can speak with others who understand firsthand what you're going through.  By sharing your experience in a safe and confidential setting\, you can gain hope and feel a sense of connections.  You'll benefit from others' experiences\, discover your inner strength\, and empower yourself by sharing your own experiences in a non-judgmental space.  There is no cost to attend. Must be 18 years old.
