As always\, we'll have the best of Fairbanks on hand\, from the hometown heroes of Ft. Wainwright and Eielson to local bands and entertainers\, bringing the Fairbanks flair that makes this town a great place to live and play. \n\n\nParade Participant Information:\n\n2020 Policy: The standard space allotted for each parade entry is 50 feet in length (which allows for no more than 20 individuals at each entry). If you need more or less space\, we will permit 4 individuals for each 10 feet of space occupied by your entry.\n\nApplication Deadline: Sunday\, July 5\, 2020 is the deadline to have your name on marketing collateral with the FINAL deadline for entry being Friday\, July 10th.\n\nPlease note: a $50 late fee will be applied after July 5th and no applications will be accepted after July 10th. Spaces are limited this year\, so apply early to ensure entry.\n\nMandatory Safety Meeting: Tuesday\, July 14\, 2020 at 6pm at the Fairgrounds. Your entry will not be allowed to participate without a primary participant rep attending the meeting. \n\nStaging: Staging will start at 8 am.
