Today he is CEO of both Frontier Flying\, Era Aviation and HoTH\, Inc.\, the parent company for Frontier Flying Service\, Hageland Aviation Services\, and Era Aviation (now Corvus Airlines). These companies employ over 850 employees and serve over 100 Alaska communities with 74 aircraft. Bob?s past experience includes work as a ramp agent\, operations agent\, certified aircraft dispatcher\, computer programmer\, office manager\, general manager\, pilot\, Captain\, First Officer\, Director of Operations\, VP\, and president.  Hajdukovich is past president of Alaska Air Carriers Association\, Served as the chair of the AACA Joint Safety Committee\, and is currently serving on the Governors Aviation Advisory Board.
