DESCRIPTION:Chair'ity Event\, a silent auction fundraiser in support of the Fairbanks Senior Center.\n\nThe Fairbanks Senior Center provides daily meals to over 200 seniors\, transportation rides to and from their homes\, and various support programs such as information resources for seniors and their families\, the Homemakers program\, as well as physical\, intellectual and social activities.  Though we are underfunded\, no hungry senior is turned away at our door and we will do all we can to aid our community's seniors in maintaining their independence and dignity.   Our upcoming Chair'ity Event and the funds generated will directly support the Fairbanks Senior Center and all it does for an often overlooked portion of our community (and their families) of which most of us will one day join.
