Kuchle\, attorney of CSG\, Inc.\, will dive into the Corporate Transparency Act which took effect on January 1\, 2024 and requires LLC's\, corporations\, and registered partnerships to report owners\, beneficial owners\, and controllers of those entities to FinCEN using its website. There are criminal and steep civil penalties for failure to comply. This presentation will discuss what local business owners must do to comply and\, they must comply.
