DESCRIPTION:Join us to hear from Attorney General Tregarrick "Treg" Taylor on the State of the Justice System! \n\n\n\nTreg Taylor was appointed as the Attorney General on January 29\, 2021. Before becoming Attorney General\, he was the Deputy Attorney General for the Alaska Department of Law overseeing the Civil Division.\n\nPrior to being appointed Deputy Attorney General in 2018\, Treg was senior counsel for ASRC Energy Services\, LLC\, a subsidiary of Arctic Slope Regional Corporation\, the largest locally-owned and operated business in Alaska. He also served as counsel for McKinley Capital Management\, an investment manager serving a global client base from its headquarters in Anchorage\, Alaska. Treg began his legal career in Anchorage working in a commercial litigation firm for four years. He resides in Anchorage with his wife Jodi. They have six children. Treg received his J.D. from J. Reuben Clark Law School - Brigham Young University in 2004.
