Our ideas include new pedestrian facilities\, signalized intersections\, roundabouts\, a continuous flow intersection\, interchanges\, flyovers\, turn lanes\, road extensions\, railroad crossings\, Old Steese Highway realignment\, and a one-way circulation route.\n\nThe goal of this project is to relieve congestion and improve safety in the rapidly developing commercial area in northeast Fairbanks.
