Jerry will present current and projected research related to the Tanana test site as well as the Alaska Hydrokinetic Energy Research Center in Fairbanks.\n\n \n\n Andrew Seitz\, School of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences\, UAF\n\n To develop the hydrokinetic industry in an environmentally responsible manner\, it is necessary to understand the impacts of turbines on Alaska's fisheries resources. In this presentation\, Andy will describe fish studies conducted over the last two summers that provide valuable baseline information about abundance\, distribution and migration of juveniles fishes in the Tanana and Yukon Rivers. This information contributes to assessing the potential interactions between fishes and hydrokinetic turbines.\n\n \n\n \n\n Out of town?
