SUMMARY:Call for Artist Submissions: Greater Fairbanks Chamber of Commerce 2015 Artist of the Year Contest
DESCRIPTION:The Greater Fairbanks Chamber of Commerce announces a call for artist submissions for its annual Artist of the Year contest.  For the past nine years\, the Fairbanks Chamber has provided a local artist the opportunity to be showcased to thousands of Fairbanks residents and visitors. The winning artwork becomes the image of the Chamber for one year and is then featured on all marketing materials throughout the year\, including\, but not limited to Membership Postcard\, the Chamber's Website and the Chamber's Fairbanks & North Pole Map.\n\n \n\nAll entries must be received no later than 4:00PM on Friday\, November 14\, 2014.   Artists must be a resident of the Greater Fairbanks area and each submission must be of the artist's original creation (all visual art techniques will be accepted). The winning artwork will be selected at the Chamber's 2014 Annual Membership Meeting on Tuesday\, December 9\, 2014 by the members in attendance.  Contest rules are available on the Fairbanks Chamber website at www.fairbankschamber.org.
