Information
We know first hand that information flow is the lifeblood of today’s modern organization; we need to know more than just what’s happening in our offices, we need to be keenly aware of our entire organizational environment from the operations level, to our external stakeholders, to the legislative activities of the State and Federal Governments whose work affects the way we operate in our day to day business. As a member of the Chamber, you will be surrounded by a diverse group of people who are involved at each of these levels and who become an invaluable wellspring of information about the topics that affect you. From the office water cooler to the Congressional Delegations of Washington, D.C., being an active member of the Chamber means you have your finger on the pulse of organizational issues affecting Fairbanks.
Networking
At the Chamber, networking isn’t just about knowing folks, it’s about becoming a part of a rich fabric of colleagues, peers, mentors, teachers, and friends. Being an active Chamber member means working together so that we may be successful together; our members go to each other to resolve entrepreneurial issues, develop leads, think through political issues, band together to build a strong economy, and give service to the community.
