PROGRAM OF WORK
Goals
for the Year
- Contact renewing members being invoiced: Touch base especially with
1 – 2 person businesses, establish ways to reach out, get feedback
on what people want and identify ways to provide, deliver membership
plaques, and upgrade to Investor status
- Recruitment of New Members: Identify and contact new prospects by
picking up leads of new businesses coming to town, checking on availability
of business license list and identifying businesses/organizations
who have never been members
Programs &
Projects for the Year
- Member and Committee Orientations: Promote Chamber Member involvement
in Membership and Committee Orientations
- Establish networking venues in the community to facilitate networks
for Chamber Members
- Establish ways to reach out to members who can’t make GMLs
by establishing events, such as breakfasts outside of GMLs for Chamber
Members who are unable the luncheon
- Provide 2 – 3 GML program recommendations
