Ambassadors Committee serves as the official greeting arm of the Chamber
and the community which results in a broad and diverse team of members

PROGRAM OF WORK
Goals
for the Year
- Participate as a goodwill Ambassador
in Chamber events such as General Membership Luncheons, Member Showcases
and Member and Committee Orientations
- Help develop new venues to increase
overall membership participation by reaching members who are not able
to attend GML's
- lncrease outreach to new members by
working in conjunction with the Membership committee to increase the
contact with new members in the first thirty days of joining the Chamber
Programs &
Projects for the Year
- Quarterly General Membership Breakfast:
Secure venue and dates to host the first quarterly general membership
breakfast targeting members unable to attend during the workday no
later than May.
- Relive the Past Contest for Golden
Days: Provide personnel and coordination for this annual event by
obtaining donations of decorated hats and holding a Hat Auction at
the two GML's scheduled prior to the contest
- Murder Mystery/Silent Auction Fundraiser:
Research logistics of hosting a Murder Mystery/Silent Auction to enable
introduction of this event as an annual Chamber fundraiser in 2011
- Provide 2 – 3 GML program recommendations
