Mission Statement:
Leadership Fairbanks Committee assists in developing and overseeing
a community leadership program that gives the participants exposure
to other leaders in the community, development of leadership skills,
opportunities for personal growth, networking, and mentoring to a diverse
group of students.

Goals
for the Year

- Oversee implementation of the Leadership Fairbanks program
- In collaboration with the facilitator, make adjustments as needed to the original program design and curriculum outline
- Evaluate the program and make recommendations for the future
- Actively participate in the recruitment process
- Arrange leadership seminars for the general membership whenever possible

- Identify and host leadership seminars and workshops for the Chamber membership
- Market the 2012-13 Leadership Fairbanks program and actively recruit applicants
- Organize and conduct initial sessions of the 2012-13 Leadership Fairbanks program
