- Promote collaborative educational efforts in the community
- Promote awareness by general Chamber
membership about education and workforce development issues
- Monitor and promote as appropriate, issues of importance to the Chamber

- Express appreciation for teaching professionals and support staff
- GFCC Scholarship
- Evaluate FNSB School District's School-Business Partnership Program
- Review and make recommendations on important education-related State appointments for the community.
- Welcome new & returning UAF students and their families &
friends
- Provide GML program/panel discussion recommendations
