The Greater Fairbanks Chamber of Commerce (GFCC) is currently seeking an ambitious individual to fill the role of Membership Development Coordinator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and talents related to building and maintaining relationships, contributing as a member of a team, and communication to a broad audience. You will be responsible for membership retention and recruitment, membership benefits and exposure assurance, and helping to carry the mission of the Chamber through our advocacy, promotion, and development efforts.

    To be successful in this role, self-motivation and personal accountability are essential. You must be confident and open-minded to succeed in our fast-paced and small group environment.

    This position requires a minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a membership support or development role as well as a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.  5 years of previous equivalent experience can be substituted for the degree.
