Golden Days Kick-Off Party Schedule

Enjoy many musical performances, have a beverage from the Saloon as you watch the Golden Days Period Costume Contest, the Miss Ricki & Felix Pedro Look-A-Like Contest, the Fashion Show and the Dog & Owner Costume Contest. (All contests and times are subject to change without notice)

A re-enactment of Felix Pedros' walk into town after his discovery of gold on July 22, 1902.  See history re-made as Felix leads his burro through Gold Rush Town, stopping at the Ole Time Denali State Bank where his "gold poke" will be weighed in.

Some of the Pioneers' favorite games to compete in are back! Sign up for the double log saw, log splitting, pie eating, seed spitting, watermelon eating, 2-person water bucket brigade contests and more to win prizes! The Vernon L. Nash Antique Auto Club will have an array of classic cars and trucks all shined up and on display.  Proud vehicle owners will be on hand to tell you everything you'd like to know about their beautiful prized possessions.
